NYC Allows Nudity in the Dark
New York City will allow an artist to paint nude models but only under one condition-it has to be at night.
Andy Golub was arrested back in July for painting a nude woman during daylight hours. If she had kept her g-string on then it wouldn’t have been an issue. Seems being topless, is allowed in NYC-for the moment.
According to state law, its OK to be nude in public (for art’s sake) but each municipality gets to make their own rules. Sounds like NYC needs to lighten up!
